Listed as executed: Activate ENSv2, which freezes new v1 .eth registrations, keeps unmigrated names renewable and shifts registration and resolution to v2, with Labs handing v2 admin roles to the DAO after launch. Listed with vote pending: an upgrade of the DNSSEC oracle and registrar after the 2026 root KSK rollover.
